SaBRE (Supporting Britain's Reservists and Employers) is a Ministry of Defence (MOD) marketing and communications campaign, set up in October 2002 with the goal of gaining and maintaining the support of employers of Reservists.
It was created with the belief that if an employer understands the role of Reservists and is aware of the skills they develop, their support for the Reserve Forces will be greater.
This part of the website explains:
- what SaBRE is and the role it plays
- the support that SaBRE provides for both employers and Reservists
- how SaBRE can help journalists and other members of the media
- what a 'supportive employer' is and how to give your support
