SaBRE regularly invites employers to learn more about the Volunteer Reserve Forces (VRF) at special events and functions. The events are aimed to help increase your awareness of what it is to be a Reservist, the hard physical and mental demands that are made of them, and the skills and benefits that they take away from their military role.
- Employers Abroad, a programme of visits for employers from the public and private sectors to see overseas operational and training locations where the VRF are playing key roles and learning new skills.
- Exercise EXECUTIVE STRETCH, a weekend course that puts participants through their paces and allows them to gain first-hand experience of the VRF. You can nominate members of staff or attend an EXECUTIVE STRETCH weekend yourself.
