From the outset, when Quintin joined us 4 years ago, he made us aware that he was a Reservist. It was our first experience with employing a Reservist and it has been nothing but a positive experience. Quintin brought a lot of skills with him - he is very methodical, very thorough, takes everything right to the end. When he came back from mobilisation in Basra, those qualities had matured. He's a young lad and qualities like that are hard to find in young people these days.

We had good contact with SaBRE the whole time Quintin was away. We have been to many of the functions that they have and they have been very helpful.

Potential mobilisation would never get in the way of us hiring someone, and we would always give them the time off to do their duties, because it's such an important role they are playing.
