The search function allows you to find pages that include a word or combination of words:
- type the word or words you are looking for into the 'query' field
- select 'whole site' or 'pdf documents' (downloadable documents) from the search section
- click on the 'go' button
The search will show page content summaries and links to more. Follow the link to see the full page.
For example:
Ministry of Defence Campaign will firstly return all pages that contain the words 'Ministry of Defence' and 'Campaign'.
It will then list all pages that contain 'Ministry of Defence' or 'Campaign'.
The search function also allows you to use certain clauses to expand or restrict the search.
For example:
Reservists AND Employers will return all pages that contain both the word 'Reservists' and the word 'Employers'.
Reservists OR Employers will return all pages that contain the phrase 'Reservists or Employers'.
