Exercise EXECUTIVE STRETCH puts participants through their paces and allows them to gain first-hand experience of the Reserve Forces. You can nominate staff or attend an Exercise EXECUTIVE STRETCH weekend yourself. |

Transferable skills

Through the training and the practical challenges Reservists face, they acquire a wide range of skills, which enhances their civilian work skills and gives them new qualifications. |

Over 120 UK organisations were recognised for their support of Reservist employees at a reception hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales at his Highgrove residence on Friday 8 July. |
